New Age Superheroes
I've developed a number of cartoon and comic book properties over the last few years, aimed at the kids' market, ages 12 and under. As outstanding as today's comic books look, I believe the industry has to reposition itself back into the youth market and downplay violence in favor of creativity, relevance, good writing and PRICE, and re-acquire some good ol' rack space! (I know about publication sales -- the highly entertaining magazine I work for sells 500,000 a week!) Though each of my characters have that "fantasy" power, there exists other, even more interesting attributes to their personalities.
And now, in their exclusive world debut, meet...
SUPERGHOST
The spirit of this lost soul enters the body of anyone close to a crime scene, transforming them into the fearsome SuperGhost. The trouble is, those he enters usually get killed in action.
SLINGSHOT
A solid stone statue of Hercules come to life, SlingShot hurls himself through the air with the help of a steelastic rubberband. His life-force emanates from his only piece of clothing -- a fig leaf. This dude loves rap music (as a statue he acquired that taste from kids loitering by him with their boom boxes) and hates pigeons!
LIFEGUARDIAN
Metatron the LifeGuardian is a fallen archangel sent back to earth to aid in the battle against evil. The only problem is, he has an evil streak of his own.
FANTASTIC FROG & LIZARD WIZARD
Evil reptilian scientist Lizard Wizard has created a robotic all-purpose fighting vehicle, the Fantastic Frog. Like its amphibian namesake, this amazing vehicle can travel on land and sea. It can also fly! Fantastic Frog can unleash
egg-shaped nuclear missiles on mankind, and its computer system has the brain of a real frog.
The brain came from the pet bullfrog of a young boy, and now this creature just wants to return
home.

DOT.COMBAT
Warrior queen Dot.Combat terrorizes bad guys as interstellar intermediary of the Internet. With her spiked chest protector and ionized spear, she's a helluva handful for any who dare take her on.
